About Our Products

The uhmw guide rail is mainly used for various conveying lines, beverage conveying lines, filling and conveying line packaging conveying lines, labeling machines, sleeve labeling machines, spiral hoists and other automation equipment. The company specializes in the production and processing of various PE guardrails, guide rails, gaskets, gaskets, lining strips, chain plates, various brackets, universal joint adjustment feet, drive wheels, passive wheels and other conveying equipment accessories. Products are widely used in: conveying machinery, packaging machinery, filling production line beverage industry, dairy industry, beer industry, canned fruit and vegetable industry, food industry, meat industry.

Chain guides have a variety of ultra-high molecular weight (typically more than 1.5 million molecular weight). It has excellent impact resistance and self-lubricating properties.
Since the viscosity of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) in the molten state is as high as 108 Pa*s, the fluidity is extremely poor, and the melt index is almost zero, so it is difficult to process by a general mechanical processing method. In recent years, the processing technology of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has been rapidly developed. Through the transformation of ordinary processing equipment, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has been developed from the initial press-sintering forming to Extrusion, blow molding and injection molding as well as other special methods of forming.

The chain guide is a static pressure guide that supports and guides the chain to reduce chain friction, reduce noise and enhance chain life.

Traditionally, chain guides made of steel have the main disadvantages of causing severe wear on the link plates and rollers on the sprocket, and constant lubrication in order to reduce friction.

Now it is mainly processed with engineering plastics such as UHMWPE and polymer nylon. It has the advantages of self-lubrication, wear resistance, no noise and corrosion resistance.

The extrusion has the advantages of low cost, the machining has the advantages of high precision, more wear resistance, more flexible size, and can be quickly adjusted according to different needs, and can be produced in small batches.

Chain guide products have many related applications, but there are many problems if they are used improperly, so there are many problems to be aware of in the application.
1. Use the chain guide rail to keep the environment clean: keep the linear chain guide rail and its surrounding environment clean. Even if the tiny dust that is invisible to the naked eye enters the chain guide rail, it will increase the wear, vibration and noise of the chain guide rail.
2, the installation of chain guide rail tools should be appropriate: linear chain guide rails use appropriate and accurate installation tools, try to use special tools, try to avoid the use of cloth and short fibers and the like.
3. Install the chain guide rails carefully and carefully: the linear chain guide rails should be carefully and carefully used during installation. Strong stamping is not allowed. It is not allowed to directly hit the chain guide rails with the hammer. It is not allowed to transmit pressure through the rolling elements.
4. Prevent rust: When taking the linear chain guide directly by hand, wash the sweat on your hands thoroughly and apply it with high-quality mineral oil before handling. In the rainy season and summer, pay special attention to rust prevention.
